Strange poses...

Earlier, it was evident whether it was the head, the leg or a hand. Now probably he is making strange poses with a combination of organs at a place. This makes it difficult to predict which organs are out and protruding from the stomach.

Check up continues

The last checkup was 28th April. Infact I thought, it would be last but the doctor has asked for another checkup on 13-May.

Tightness...

The revolutions and rotations inside have become very distinct. There is a movement which is visible to the naked eye; almost at the drop of a hat.
The degree of tightness has also increased.

Temporary shock...

As usual, while visiting our normal visiting points, we took the bus. The date was precisely 24-Mar. when we were returning from Oxford Bookstore. We boarded a bus from Park Street which was not that full. However, as the bus traversed, it became unbearingly full. It came through Islampur. But I felt suffocated myself somewhere before reaching Behala. I took pity on my wife. It was becoming so difficult to move that I decided to get down. She had real trouble getting out.
I almost panicked the way I saw her meandering through the crowd. People being so adamant in standing close to the gates, I was almost on the verge of announcing publicly that she was pregnant and thus they should pave path for her.
That day and the day next, my wife observed very little movement from the kid's side. I was also tensed. On 26th however, everything became normal once again.
Then and there I decided that I shall not travel by bus with her in this state atleast.

Thank God for His blessings...

The appointment...

The appointment with the doctor was there on the 3rd of March. It went on well. Among the important point discussed was the suggestion to drink more water.

Tension released...

Yesterday i.e. the 27th Feb., we decided to reconfirm the results of the tests. It was redone and today I got the report as 82.

Alarming results in Blood Sugar...

The previous fasting sugar report was 62 which according to my father was BPL. However there was much tension in the house because of the result which came out to be 163 (test done on 26-Feb.).

Alarming increase in kicks...

Earlier, there was a fixed timing w.r.t. the kicks that the lil one used to make. It was typically around 5 in the evening and then towards 11 in the late evening when my wife used to go to bed.

During the time I used to be with her, I was not that lucky, indeed lucky very rarely. However today, the kicks were more frequent and quiet strong ones. Continuing on kicks, yesterday the doctor also had a taste of the same when she placed her stethoscope on the womb. 

The inside action...

Yes, it has become somewhat regular. I am told that the kid kicks atleast 2 times a day. There is no particular frequency but whenever it is, it is still gentle.

And I am becoming slightly tenser with each passing day. There is a firm belief that nothing wrong / ontoward can happen to me but there is a natural tension that chips in at times.

The kick...

Yes, this is the first day when I asked about an inside kick and Smita replied in the affirmative.

Second tests successfully cleared...

A battery of tests were again suggested by the doctor; the reports of which were to be shown to the doctor during her appointment with Smita on 21st Dec.. By God's Grace, teh doctor commented that all results were satisfactory.

Tests out...

The battery of tests that was doled out by her doctor was done. Today the last report came out, By God's grace everything was well.
I am a big proponent of being a Blessed person but somewhere in some corner of the mind there was a degree of fear. By God's Grace, it came out well.

No signs...

Despite seeing the foetus on the US screen, I find no change in the size of my better half's stomach. Today, i had been to the clinic with Sambhab to check out the details of the proposed set of tests.

Results of the tests...

The results of teh test undertaken confirms the breathing of a foetus; amen to the Nature's creativity. These are the moments where I feel like simply bowing down permanently in His feet.

Examination...

Now we are all set to know something physical about the yet-to-be-born. My wife has collected all the detail of the medical centre where the ultrasound of her foetus shall be done as per the advice of the doctor. I am eagerly waiting to see the development.

It was just another day. I did not drool about the future kid / kids too much.

Doctor's advice...First meeting

6th November was the first meeting with the doctor. To surprise her, I reached home early, brought some snacks and then walked down to the clinic.
As I have always told, I am blessed. This is another such instance; during the initial days of confirmation, I was a bit worried regarding the new place / city and where I would find a reliable doctor. It came out to be a simple search as one of Sambhav's friend Darshan Dhandhania had just got a child and his mother had developed friendship with Smita.
She came out to be a young lady herself and wife was comfortable speaking to her and echoing her points. Hope all comes out to be good!
